In 2013, I started a blog called 50 Years 50 Stories, picking one story from each of the 50 years of Doctor Who, and using them to tell the wider story of the series and my experience of it. Unfortunately, everyone else in the world had the same idea. I managed to make it to 2005 and the revival of the show, and at some point in the future will probably write up the final eight entries.
